The USB ultrasonic flaw detector UFD-BOX + (HV) can non-destructively detect internal defects of materials. It supports plug and play and is compatible with Xp, Win7, Win10 systems. It can adapt to 1M-15M frequency probes, support full-wave, positive-wave and other multi-signal types and single-crystal, double-crystal, and transmission detection methods; integrated XY position encoder realizes B/C scan detection, and 4 independent gates (including 1 interface gate) improve detection accuracy. Square wave pulse excitation and optimized electroacoustic matching are used to adapt ultra-thick/ultra-thin workpieces, and the detection range is 10mm~ 10000mm. Equipped with C5 probe interface, I/O encoder interface and Type-c communication interface, easy connection.
