All brand-new testing equipment comes with a one-year warranty (counting from the date of receipt), covering hardware malfunctions of the equipment (not caused by human factors). Free repair or replacement of parts is available during the warranty period. For man-made damage (such as dropping or water ingress), the cost of spare parts and repair fees will be charged. The specific amount is subject to the inspection report

It can be done in two ways:
① email: info@inspextools.com
(reply within 12 hours on working days);
② Telephone: TBD... (9:00-17:00 EST on working days, real-time answering)
When submitting the issue, it is recommended to attach the order number and a description of the equipment problem, which can speed up the processing efficiency.

After an unshipped order is cancelled, the refund will be returned to the original payment route within 1 to 7 working days. For orders that have been dispatched, if they are rejected or returned and the goods are confirmed to be in good condition (unused and with intact packaging), the refund will be credited within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the returned goods. The specific credited time is subject to the rules of the payment platform.
